About the Opportunity:We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our litigation department on a permanent basis.

Job Description:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Head of Department and Fee Earners in case preparation and legal matters generally.
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with previous litigious experience in a legal environment. The role requires a strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:- Audit Typing: Provide high-quality audio typing from digital dictation and copy typing.
- Case Management System: Utilize a case management system to efficiently manage cases.
- Client Communication: Deal with clients in person and via telephone, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
- Message Taking: Take accurate messages and respond accordingly.
- General Office Duties: Perform various general office duties as required.
- SRA Compliance: Ensure compliance with SRA guidelines and regulations.
- Previous recent legal secretarial experience in Litigation is desirable.
- Ability to hit the ground running from day one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Hold a relevant degree/qualification in law.
- Full UK Driving License.
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
