Responsibilities:- Integrate facilities engineering support within site operations to maximize facility 'up-time' and reliability for the R&D customers served by EMCOR UK and its service providers at 3 R&D locations in Weybridge, Maidenhead, and Brentside.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of UK legislation with respect to Statutory engineering compliance e.g. PSSR, LOLER, Building safety, Legionella, F-gas, electrical safety & Asbestos management.
- Must be capable & willing to develop into a responsible person for such subject matters, we are willing to provide training and development in support of your personal development and professional growth.
- Support investigations and root cause analysis into engineering related issues or failures.
- Have a strong ability to work in collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams such as EHS, quality, Microbiology, Laboratory functions, Pilot Plant Manufacturing operations as well as EMCOR UK service providers to problem solve and overcome issues.
- Must be willing to own &/or support the completion of corrective and preventive actions as appropriate.
- Support completion of site gap analyses versus clients combined EHS & Engineering standards. Own activities & projects to support compliance to standards in the event of gaps identified.
- Support audit readiness at EMCOR UK facilities for internal and external audits covering EMCOR UK's scope of services. Participate in audit preparedness activities & build capability over time to front audits on behalf of EMCOR UK.
