We are seeking a highly skilled BIM/3D Manager to join our MEP division at Hydrock, a leading provider of engineering and environmental services. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our team to deliver innovative solutions in digital engineering.

About the Role

  • Manage a growing team of technicians and support the education of our graduates in the latest digital engineering techniques.
  • Produce high-quality 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings using software such as AutoCAD and Revit, with a focus on clash detection and model coordination.
  • Engage with other Revit technicians, BIM Managers, and engineers to develop solutions to 3D environment issues and support the growth of the team.
  • Support the BIM technology needs of our national team and educate new starters on the use of Revit.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Autodesk software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Passion for digital engineering, building information modelling, and innovation.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and how services should be routed and coordinated.
  • A BTEC/HNC in building performance engineering or a relevant engineering discipline is preferred, but we will consider candidates with significant experience in technical drawing production using Revit.
  • We welcome applications from experienced BIM Managers looking for a new challenge or experienced Seniors looking to step up into the role.
