Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience working in secure mental health settings.

Key Duties
  1. To assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. To provide occupational therapy interventions to patients, including group and individual sessions.
  3. To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
Requirements
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with experience working in secure mental health settings.
  • Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and methods, including assessment and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,381 - £36,480 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension, sickness policy, and access to training and development opportunities.
