About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Planner to join our Strategy, Insight & Innovation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our ambitious growth strategy and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive fundraising and marketing goals.
  • Lead the analysis of internal and external data to inform marketing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive robust, data-driven, and audience-led approaches to marketing.

  • You have a proven track record in strategic B2C marketing, with a strong ability to drive growth and effectiveness across the full marketing cycle.
  • You are skilled in using data, technology, and insight to drive strategic decisions.
