Join Our Team as a Strategic Planner

We're seeking a talented Strategic Planner to join our team at Ogilvy. As a key member of our healthcare marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive strategic plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client objectives and market dynamics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in consumer behavior to inform future planning and strategies
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and target audience, ensuring alignment with strategic plans
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for client growth
  • Gather and analyze consumer insights to inform strategic decision-making and campaign development
  • Work with creative teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences
  • Develop and manage budgets for campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact
Requirements:
  • Strong critical and creative thinking ability with a real passion for healthcare
  • Adept at mining actionable insights from a range of sources
  • Persuasive and articulate in presenting ideas/views – challenging the status quo
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management expertise
  • A track record in brand and communications planning
  • Knowledgeable about the evolving communications landscape and how that could be applied within the healthcare environment
  • Sound creative judgment
  • Strong business/financial management competency/decision making
  • Any experience working with global brands and teams, developing messaging and ecosystems to be used on a global scale would be fantastic
