EHS Manager Job Description

The Executive Network Group is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business management system and leading the continual improvement of EHS compliance, performance, and systems.

  • Develop and implement EHS management systems, including certifications to ISO14001/45001 and internal auditing.
  • Support the development of leaders and workforce to facilitate safe working practices.
  • Provide guidance to the wider team to ensure compliance and safety development.
  • Deliver IOSH training programs across the business as needed.
  • Challenge and educate the workforce and leaders to behave in a way that is compliant with health and safety best practices.
  • Play an active and collaborative role with the leadership team to drive a safe working culture.
  • Manage risk and safety improvements to reduce incidence rates and risk.

About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience working at EHS Manager level in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience driving a strong health and safety culture, including behavioral based safety, and knowledge of EHS legislation and its practical applications.
