Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Assistant to join our team at Care New England Health System. In this role, you will be responsible for performing phlebotomy procedures, processing specimens, and providing laboratory results to providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures, including venipunctures, finger sticks, and heel sticks
  • Process specimens to ensure stability and accuracy
  • Provide laboratory results to providers in a timely manner
  • Maintain a proper inventory of supplies and clean work areas
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements: A high school diploma and a minimum of six months job-related experience or equivalent is required. Phlebotomy certification is also necessary.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
