Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to drive growth and achieve success in the digital space? We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategist to join our team at J&C Associates Ltd. as a Digital Sales Trading Manager.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy to drive growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for our clients' digital category sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted plans to increase regional performance.

We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus paid holidays and a pension scheme. If you have experience in digital trading and are passionate about driving business growth, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital strategy to drive growth in ARR for clients' digital category sales.
  • Accountable for regional digital NNARR for your category across all EMEA countries.
  • Responsible for accurately forecasting the business on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis of your category and communicate a clear narrative with stakeholders.
  • Partner with international growth teams to leverage new product and web experience capabilities.
  • Creation of quarterly trading plans and execution with local and corporate partners.
  • Monitor and understand the competitor landscape and its impact on our digital strategy and performance.

Requirements:

  • Tenacious and resilient with experience of owning a sales number and holding others accountable.
  • Effective communicator with ability to flex styles dependent on the audience.
  • Expert in building and maintaining strong relationships across a corporate, matrix organisation.
  • Extensive e-commerce experience with international business background and superb ability to work with complex sets of data.
  • Full understanding of brand, demand gen, campaign, and audience segmentation and cross-visit targeting for acquisition and retention.
  • Ability to work across teams and bring cross-functional teams together is essential.
