We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement individual care plans

Requirements

  • No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
