Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized support to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Assist with practical tasks, such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Help clients manage their medication and provide support with daily living activities
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support to enhance their quality of life

Requirements

We're looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with our clients and their families, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients.
