Registered Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in Newham, London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including finance, administration, and staff management.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Work closely with local authorities and social services to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and respect within the care home.
Requirements:
  • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience of working in a residential care setting, with a focus on person-centered care.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
  • Clear enhanced DBS record and experience of working with vulnerable adults.
