We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Spence & Partners Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and experience in implementing and assessing ISO management standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the monitoring of our Business Continuity Plan/Disaster recovery plan, facilitating external audits, and contributing to the effective implementation of our GDPR protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the monitoring of our Business Continuity Plan/Disaster recovery plan
  • Facilitate external audits for ISO 27001 Information Security and ISO 9001 Quality Assurance
  • Contribute to the effective implementation of our GDPR protocols
  • Take a key role in how we record, monitor, and report incidents
  • Contribute to regular analysis and review of Management Information within the Risk and Audit team

Requirements:

  • Strong quality management background obtained from significant and relevant experience in a similar role
  • Competence and experience in implementing/assessing/monitoring ISO management standards, ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 27001
  • Experience in auditing and monitoring operational processes for quality assurance purposes
  • Creative and analytical approach to solving problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
