Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Decommissioning Team in a Compliance Support role. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory and internal compliance requirements are identified, understood, and met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the decommissioning team's PLANC system, ensuring all new and changes to regulatory requirements are captured and maintained.
  • Support the preparation and submission of installation and pipeline decommissioning programmes, close out reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Prepare and compile presentations, quarterly update reports for regulators, and maintain a register of day-to-day commitments that the decommissioning team must comply with.
  • Prepare and manage subcontractor scopes of work for compliance and assurance activities.
  • Support risk assessment reviews, HAZID, ENVID, and other compliance-related activities.
Requirements
  • A technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written English skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work with tight deadlines and multiple topics/projects.
  • Ability to engage with key stakeholders in a professional manner and promote a good compliance culture.
