About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of a Tesco store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Take ownership of running duty shifts, coordinating the team to deliver a clean, well-stocked store that meets customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers and helping to resolve any issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Guide and support colleagues in-store, maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor store performance and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
