Your Impact

This Study Management role involves close collaboration with customers, team leads, technical application scientists, sales, process development, operations, bioinformatics, and logistics to provide Multiomics solutions from Azenta's NGS portfolio and manage customer projects.

Located in our Abingdon office (Oxford), this position requires effective management of customer relationships and project delivery, including end-to-end project management, communication with stakeholders, and troubleshooting.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver expert Multiomics consultation services to EMEA customers via email, teleconferences, and site visits, focusing on various NGS solutions.
  • Manage Multiomics projects using proprietary customer relationship and project management tools, ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Support the business unit in understanding market dynamics, defining winning strategies, and handling key accounts effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, resolve issues, and drive results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the EMEA Study Management team and relevant stakeholders, including account management, process development, operational teams, bioinformatics, and logistics.
  • Travel up to 5% to customer sites for scientific presentations, working under certified and/or accredited conditions.

What We Offer

We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

  • Masters degree or PhD in Life Sciences.
  • Strong background in molecular biology, genetics, genomics, and Next Generation Sequencing.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good work experience in project management roles, preferably with a strong sense of prioritization and organized style.
  • Ability to work strategically in fast-paced environments and communicate complex information efficiently.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
