About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Administrator to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, input, analyze, and manage data required by the team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Coordinate the recall of patients who have become lost to follow-up (LTFU) within the service, updating patient records and facilitating good communication between patients and the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including collecting and managing data on the system and performing a range of administrative functions.
Requirements
  • Secondary school education and GCSE grades A-C or 1-4, including Maths and English.
  • Administration or clerical background, with experience of dealing with the public and using office systems, including Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
  • Good understanding of filing systems and office procedures, as well as relevant legislation, Health and Safety, GDPR, confidentiality, and principles of equality and diversity.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • NHS experience, particularly in a sexual health or pharmacy team.
  • Experience of using Cerner and NHS Summary Care records (SCR).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care issues.
