About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work on strategic and operational engagements for private market investors and their portfolio companies. As an ESG Sustainability Advisor, you will be responsible for carrying out reviews within vendor and buyer due diligence, including human rights due diligence services. You will also provide expert guidance on business and human rights, including supply chain.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to large, global projects, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Provide expert guidance on business and human rights, including supply chain.
  • Work with clients to help them comply with European legislation, such as the CSDDD and German Supply Chain Act.
  • Develop repeatable processes, frameworks, toolkits, assessment scorecards, and other materials for clients and support their deployment across their business.
