Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal PA to provide comprehensive support to our Commercial Real Estate team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate and excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate team, including preparing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Managing diaries, setting up meetings, and arranging travel for the team.
  • Overseeing the team's administrative duties, including maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Coordinating with other departments as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Commercial Real Estate department.
  • Participating in training and development activities as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A strong background in commercial real estate.
  • Experience in a secretarial or business support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A positive, proactive approach to work.
