About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our team at Randstad Tuition Services. As a Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism spectrum condition in Maths, English, and Science.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and needs.
  • Assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and record achievement levels using our internal reporting system.
  • Deliver engaging sessions that cater to a variety of learning styles and promote academic growth.
  • Collaborate with educational and care stakeholders to ensure student support and well-being.
  • Adhere to KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience tutoring one-to-one or small groups of students needing additional educational or pastoral support.
  • Ability to accept supervision and constructive feedback gracefully.
  • Experience working in inclusion units, special settings, or alternative provisions.
  • Familiarity with supporting students with Autism, or looked-after children.
