About the Role
United Living Group is a dynamic organization dedicated to creating a connected, sustainable future. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the United Living Infrastructure Services business, which delivers critical energy and water infrastructure for the UK's largest network of owner/operators and private industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers on employment law, policies, and procedures.
- Support managers with employee relations matters, including investigations, performance issues, and absence management.
- Develop and deliver training on HR-related topics to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to lead organizational change initiatives, such as TUPEs, restructures, and redundancies.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including contractual variations, new starters, and employee benefits.
- Manage the HR ER database and generate routine reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Possession of a HR-related qualification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide sound advice and guidance.
