About the Job:
We are looking for a qualified or newly qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Ruchazie Nursery. As an Early Years Family Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in their early stages of development. You will work closely with a group of children, driving learning journeys and considering individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and ensure the wellbeing and educational needs of children are delivered
* Create a positive experience and environment where children can thrive
* Work with a group of children, driving learning journeys and taking into consideration individual needs

Requirements:
* HNC Childcare and Education or equivalent childcare qualification
* Compassion and kindness to support young children in their early stages of life
* Ability to build positive relationships between parents/carers and children
* Enthusiasm and self-motivation
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
