We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team at East Berkshire Safe Haven. As a Crisis Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality, recovery-focused service to individuals experiencing mental health crises.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to clients with a range of mental health and autistic traits, as well as other support needs.
- Facilitate activities within the service and community to promote independence and social inclusion.
- Work closely with other Crisis Recovery Workers, Peer Support Workers, and Clinicians to achieve person-centered care.
- Identify barriers and understand client needs to support them in achieving their goals.
- Signpost clients to other provision and services to meet their holistic needs.
We are looking for an individual with experience of working with mental health service users, who can inspire and engage people, and possess excellent motivational skills. You will have an understanding of working with people with complex needs, including mental health, learning, physical, and substance misuse. A Health and Social Care level 2 or 3 qualification is essential, and you will be willing to develop further as the role requires.
