Job SummaryWe are seeking a Catering Assistant to support our Catering Manager in delivering fantastic customer service and ensuring a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be eager to learn, and be able to work as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients and colleagues
- Undertake all mandatory and company training as required
- Help keep the work and customer areas clean, tidy, and secure at all times
- Ensure a safe working environment and follow health and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and colleagues
- Previous catering experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and follow instructions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
