Job SummaryWe are seeking a Catering Assistant to support our Catering Manager in delivering fantastic customer service and ensuring a safe working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to keep the work and customer areas clean and tidy, undertaking mandatory training, and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients
- Undertake all mandatory and company training as required
- Help keep the work and customer areas clean, tidy, and secure at all times
- Ensure a safe working environment and promote food safety and health and safety practices
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Previous catering experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Understanding of food safety and health and safety practices
- Ability to follow instructions and make decisions for the best interest of the customer
