Chef De Partie Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our team at Houston & Hawkes. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the kitchen operation and ensuring the company's reputation for food quality is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the kitchen operation
  • Contribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends
  • Monitor portion and waste control
  • Keep your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary
  • Stocktake and order supplies for your station
  • Improve your food preparation methods based on feedback
  • Assist in other areas of the kitchen when required
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for food
  • Knowledge of the Hospitality industry
  • Ability to run a section
  • Produce good-quality food
  • Desire to learn and improve
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Food Safety awareness
