Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Product Specialist to facilitate the use of Acumed products within the theatre environment. This role requires expert product and anatomical knowledge, as well as sound understanding of orthopedic principles and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the line manager and/or Directors in line with business demands.
  • Provide case covering, including advising on the application of the Acumed portfolio.
  • Develop a basic understanding of anatomy and physiology.
  • Interface between customers and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Offer guidance to assist with clinical decision-making for both new and existing customers.
  • Train theatre staff.
  • Understand and adhere to hospital and theatre policies.
  • Attend regional symposiums and represent the Acumed brand.
  • Manage inventory and conduct audits.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Maintain all Acumed equipment, including laptops, mobile phones, and audit equipment.
  • Complete administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of orthopedic principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly to support business requirements.
  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.


The estimated salary for this role is around £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
