Your professional and stylish demeanor, combined with a sense of humor, will make you an inspiration to others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests, ensuring high standards of service and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of wines and spirits, making recommendations to guests.
  • Contribute to the development of our team, sharing your expertise and passion for hospitality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' waiting on experience in a fine dining establishment, with at least 1 year at chef de rang level. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional service, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work well under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 to £26,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience, as well as free meals on duty, onsite parking, monthly tips, and generous staff discounts. Snowdonia offers stunning scenery and a range of outdoor activities, making it an ideal location for those who love the great outdoors.
