The role involves providing companionship, supporting with personal care, assisting with mobility, and helping with household tasks. You'll need to be warm, patient, and compassionate with a positive 'can-do' attitude. A driving licence and own car are helpful but not required.

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £742 to £963 per week, double time on bank holidays, and additional enhancements over Christmas. You'll also receive all travel expenses paid, free food and accommodation, and pay enhancements to recognise qualifications and long-term commitment.

As a valued member of our team, you'll have access to our in-house induction training, which includes over £330 pay on completion. You'll also receive support to complete further training, including diploma qualifications, and career progression along our career path. Plus, you'll have 24/7 local support from a care manager and wider team, weekly support visits, and a free employee assistance programme.
