About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Diagnostic Radiographer to join our Imaging Directorate at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality imaging services to patients across our hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures using a range of modalities, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of imaging protocols and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of high standards of patient safety and quality of care.
  • Participate in the training and education of junior staff members.
Requirements
  • BSc Diagnostic Radiography qualification and HCPC registration.
  • Recent clinical experience in a busy imaging NHS environment.
  • Experience in trauma and theatre imaging.
  • Experience of QA monitoring and RIS/PACS systems.
