We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team at In Technology Group Ltd. As a key member of our IT support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our clients' networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to senior support when necessary.
  • Conduct regular system and network health checks.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Network Operations Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of network and server infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN.
  • Proficiency in network monitoring tools and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
