About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Specialist to join our Aviemore team. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in people's lives by providing support and care to those who need it most.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Social Support: Encouraging individuals to engage with their communities through planned outings and leisure activities.
  • Personal Care: Promoting personal care and assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with healthcare professionals.
  • Practical Support: Supporting individuals with daily household tasks like general housework, laundry, and meal preparation.

To be successful in this role, you must be willing to register with the SSSC within three months of your start date. Estimated salary: £26,500 - £33,000 per annum based on location and experience.
