Job Overview:
As a Key Account Liaison Specialist at Euro Car Parts Ltd, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our largest customers in the area. Your role will involve administration, sourcing, relationship building, stock inventory, and collaboration with the sales team to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:
You will be the point of contact for our key customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. This will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Upload invoices to the system for efficient pricing creation
  • Source parts from various suppliers
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team
  • Manage stock inventory and oversee warehouse operations
  • Share ideas for improvement and contribute to the growth of the business

Skills and Experience:
We are looking for someone with fantastic communication skills, high levels of focus, energy, and drive. Commercial experience is desirable, but not essential. You should be able to adapt to changing priorities and deliver exceptional service to achieve the best customer experience.
