We are looking for a highly skilled Capital Projects Manager to join our client's team. As a Capital Projects Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of new and existing equipment on the plant, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic projects aimed at enhancing plant efficiency and productivity, resulting in cost savings and increased output.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe project execution in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders, including project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering within a relevant discipline is required.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate experience of project execution within the chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Expertise in project management, financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation Package:
The compensation package includes a competitive salary of between £40,000 and £50,000, a discretionary annual bonus, private healthcare, 26.5 days holiday plus bank holidays, a competitive pension scheme, and a share incentive plan.
