Business Strategy Executive

The Spotify Enterprise Sales Strategy & Planning team is seeking a highly skilled Business Strategy Executive to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client happiness in the Enterprise Ad Sales market. This role reports to the Head of Global Enterprise Sales Strategy & Planning and requires a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, Business Operations, and FP&A to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from a leading College or University.
- Experience working in Tableau CRM (or another BI tool) and creating reports and dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per year depending on experience.
Location: London, UK. For this role, there will be some in-person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come into the London office 2 times per week.
