Key responsibilities include:

  • Presenting the vision, value proposition, and development progress to business leadership, sales, engineering, and client stakeholders.
  • Setting measurable milestones for the global delivery of cross-asset order and execution workflows.
  • Documenting clear functional specifications, including OKRs, for each phase of product development.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and that all development milestones are met.

Requirements include:

  • Deep experience in multi-asset order management and electronic trading workflows.
  • Detailed asset class lifecycle experience in at least one of the following asset classes:
    • Experience managing complex projects and teams.
    • Experience with trading business processes, including Order Capture, Electronic Trading, Trade Lifecycle, TCA & Best Execution analysis.
    • Experience with the buy-side client community and an understanding of the roles and interactions between Portfolio Manager and Trader.
  • Software development process (Agile methodology preferred).
  • Project management (status, risks, issues, dependencies).
