Job Title: Beckys Swim Squad Leaders

We Are Swim is a progressive and industry-leading company in the UK, providing a swimming teaching program for children aged 3-11 years.

As a Swim Squad Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to our young swimmers. Your primary role will be to teach our innovative swimming program, inspiring children to swim through interactive techniques and exceptional customer service.

This is a self-employed contract with guaranteed hours, working weekdays, evenings, and weekends. You will be part of a team that delivers a premium experience, including customer engagement, training, and best practice sharing.

We offer full training and qualification to our squad leaders, recruiting on character and personality. If you share our passion for changing lives through learning to swim, we invite you to join us.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To design and deliver swimming lessons ensuring compliance with the program's objectives and lesson plans.
  • Implementation of the program's reward schemes into classes.
  • Ensure the safe provision of all equipment and its correct usage.
  • Maintain safety standards during sessions and conduct dynamic risk assessments.
  • Assess swimmers' abilities and encourage them to achieve their full potential.
  • Explain and demonstrate modern and accurate swimming techniques.
  • Enhance swimmers' techniques and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cultivate a positive and engaging environment to motivate and encourage swimmers.
  • Evaluate sessions and provide constructive feedback.
  • Regularly evaluate each swimmer's progress and arrange for certification using our online platform.
