This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Product Manager, driving innovation and growth.

Estimated salary: £130,000 - £160,000 per annum

The Role
  • Define and continuously evolve the product vision and strategy, collaborating with your squad and senior leaders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Create an ambitious product roadmap for your team, prioritizing solutions that drive customer value.
  • Work closely with your squad to scope, build, and measure innovative solutions, generating insights and iterating continuously.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly, ensuring your team stays focused on solving critical problems.
  • Lead stakeholder sessions to update on your squad's progress and impact.
  • Stay on top of technological and industry trends, highlighting opportunities for Motorway to stay ahead.
