About the Role

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of pet care through innovative digital solutions. You will oversee software development, lead a dedicated delivery team, and facilitate seamless communication between developers and stakeholders to launch our new Petcare digital platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Agile Process Facilitation: Guide your team through various ceremonies and processes essential for a successful Scrum environment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships between the software development team and stakeholders across the business and externally.
  • Deployment Management: Oversee the deployment of software into test and production environments, ensuring robust controls are in place.
  • Team Performance Monitoring: Work with your team to produce transparent reporting metrics such as velocity and burndowns.
  • Product Roadmap Collaboration: Partner with the Product Owner to manage the features backlog and plan future roadmaps.
  • Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and address any obstacles hindering the development team's progress.

Your Experience

  • Agile Expertise: Advocate for Agile methodologies with a proven track record of mentoring squads to adhere to best practices.
  • Software Delivery Excellence: Demonstrate a strong history in software delivery, ideally within an enterprise-level setting.

This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week at our Support Office in Handforth (Cheshire).
