About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Petcare Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers have a great experience in our Pet Care Centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring you are up-to-date on our latest products and services.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store, participating in visual merchandising, stock management, and other tasks as required.
