About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Family Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vulnerable children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide tailored support services to families in need
  • To collaborate closely with the management team to achieve outstanding outcomes
  • To maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Working Arrangements:

This is a flexible role that offers the opportunity to work from home when needed. Our supportive management team prioritizes work-life balance and recognizes the importance of taking breaks throughout the day.

What We Offer:

Requirements:
