About the Role

Faircloth Construction Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Junior Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing construction estimates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather information for estimate preparation.
  • Analyze data and market trends to determine costs and develop comprehensive estimates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure estimates are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to present and negotiate estimates.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, quantity surveying).
