Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Liability Loss Adjuster to join our team. As a key member of our claims handling team, you will be responsible for managing Liability claims ranging from minor slips and trips to catastrophic events. You will work closely with clients and brokers to provide support and advice on claims issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a mixed caseload of third-party Liability claims, typically up to £100k
- Establish liability through thorough investigation and provide support and advice to policyholders
- Collaborate with colleagues across different business areas to ensure seamless claims handling
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and SLA management
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure high-quality claims handling
Requirements:
- Proven ability to handle a range of EL/PL and product liability claims
- Extensive experience in writing investigation reports
- Strong knowledge of the insurance market and adjusting arena
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and travel regularly
- Full UK driving licence
