About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Engineer to join our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring that they are safe, efficient, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all building services, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime and optimize system performance
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and contractors as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our facilities remain at the forefront of innovation and excellence

Requirements

  • 3 Day ISRM Pool Plant room qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Team player with a commitment to providing a service ethos
  • Qualification in electrical or HVAC
  • IOSHH qualification
