About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Hemel Hempstead Fitness and Wellbeing Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain all building services, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the centre is safe and operational.
  • Respond to and resolve any maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to centre staff and members.
Requirements
  • 3 Day ISRM Pool Plant room qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and organization skills.
  • Team player with a commitment to providing a service ethos.
  • Qualification in electrical or HVAC.
  • IOSHH qualification.
