Education Recruitment Specialist
Award-winning education recruiter Auxo Commercial is seeking an experienced Education Recruitment Specialist to join their team in Lincoln. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients and candidates to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education sector and be able to meet and interview candidates to help them find their dream roles. You will also conduct business development calls and arrange client meetings with local schools to support their recruitment needs.
This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am - 4.30pm with reduced hours during the school holidays. You must be a driver with your own car as visiting schools and vetting candidates thoroughly is a MUST.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage relationships with clients and candidates.
- Meet and interview candidates to help them find their dream roles.
- Conduct business development calls and arrange client meetings with local schools.
