We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at Future Education in Richmond Upon Thames. As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children and contributing to their early development.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports the holistic development of each child, using formative and summative assessments to monitor and track their progress.



Key Responsibilities


  1. Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring that their educational needs are met.
  2. Child-Centered Learning: Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
  3. Assessment: Use a range of assessment tools to evaluate the progress of students and adapt teaching strategies to meet their needs.
  4. Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on children's progress and well-being.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other EYFS teachers and support staff to create a cohesive and stimulating learning environment.
  6. Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, following safeguarding policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential for this role. Experience in teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage is preferred, but not essential for newly qualified teachers. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a passion for early childhood education.



Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between £35,000 and £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in shaping the educational journey of young children.
