Key Responsibilities

This Study Management role works closely with Customers, Team Leads, Technical Application Scientists, Sales, Process Development, Operations, Bioinformatics, and Logistics to provide Multiomics solutions from Azenta/GENEWIZ NGS portfolio to customer's biological questions.

What You'll Do

  • Provide Multiomics consultation via emails, teleconferences, and site visits.
  • Manage Multiomics projects with proprietary customer relationship and project management tools.
  • Support the business unit in understanding market dynamics and defining winning tactics.
  • End-to-end management of Multiomics projects, including communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interaction within the EMEA Study Management team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Travel to customer sites for scientific presentations.
  • Work under certified and/or accredited conditions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences.
  • Strong background in molecular biology, genetics, genomics, and Next Generation Sequencing.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and experience in communicating with customers.
  • Good work experience in a project manager role.
  • Organized and result-driven style of work with a strong sense of prioritization.
  • Ability to work strategically in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information efficiently.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
