Job Summary

We are seeking a Study Manager to join our EMEA team, responsible for providing multiomics consultation and project management services to customers. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, team leads, technical application scientists, sales, process development, operations, bioinformatics, and logistics to deliver high-quality solutions and manage customer projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide multiomics consultation and project management services to EMEA customers via email, teleconferences, and site visits.
  • Manage multiomics projects using proprietary customer relationship and project management tools.
  • Support the business unit in understanding market dynamics, defining winning tactics, and strategically handling key accounts.
  • End-to-end management of multiomics projects, including communication with internal and external stakeholders and troubleshooting.
  • Strong interaction with the EMEA Study Management team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Travel (approx. 5%) to customer sites for scientific presentations.
  • Work under certified and/or accredited conditions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences.
  • Strong background in molecular biology, genetics, genomics, and preferably Next Generation Sequencing.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and experience in communicating with customers.
  • Good work experience in a project manager role.
  • Organized and result-driven style of work with a strong sense of prioritization.
  • Ability to strategically work and perform in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to communicate complex information efficiently, accurately, and succinctly.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
