Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator to join our team at Grimsbury Manor Nursery School in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our educator team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful running of the nursery.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement high-quality teaching under the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to encourage a love of learning in children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences that promote their development.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to create a collaborative and inspiring working environment.

About You:

  • Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in child development.
  • Have proven experience as an Early Years Educator or with children under the age of 5, with a particular advantage in working with under twos.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Embody the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.

  • A competitive salary from £23,920 - £27,622.40 FTE, dependent on qualifications and experience, plus a £1,000 welcome bonus (pro-rata for part-time hours).
